    Required Skills:

    Industrial Designer Responsibilities:

    1. Design and develop category-defining products

    2. Combine usability, aesthetics, and technical insight to solve complex design problems

    3. Navigate cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment

    4. Conceive elegant, effective ways to address ergonomic and mechanical challenges

    5. Contribute concepts and problem solving across one or more projects

    6. Travel internationally to support manufacturing

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    7. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field

    8. 5+ years of experience developing consumer electronics or wearable tech products

    9. Communication, visualization, and problem solving skills

    10. Fluid command of surfacing in Rhino 3D, Solidworks, Creo or NX

    11. Ability to explore and refine ideas through 2D visualization and physical prototyping

    12. Expertise in designing for mass production

    13. Excel in navigating highly ambiguous situations

    Public Compensation:

    $111,000/year to $164,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
