If you’re prepared to work on our planes, join our Tech Ops experts and help keep our fleet in tip-top shape.

    Key Responsibilities:

As a **Senior Analyst – Strategic Planning** , you will own a portfolio of work focused on aircraft maintenance decision modeling, analytics, reporting, and data management. Core Responsibilities Include:

+ Create, maintain, and implement long-term airframe maintenance plans.

+ Apply strong business acumen to understand total cost of ownership, assess risks, and identify opportunities for optimization.

+ Perform data mining, aircraft maintenance visit forecasting, and scenario modeling to minimize cost and maximize aircraft availability.

+ Lead and support impact analyses, cost-benefit studies, and change readiness assessments.

+ Identify and engage key stakeholders to align maintenance strategies across departments.

+ Track performance metrics to create feedback loops that drive continuous improvement.

+ Able to travel up to 10% of the time.

+ Reliable and punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.

+ Successful completion of the interview process is required to meet job qualifications.
