The Flight Standards Quality Control (QC) team oversees United’s pilot QC program and supports key operational initiatives across Flight Operations. Our work includes managing QC governance and compliance, organizing large-scale training events such as the **Annual Training & Standards Meeting (ATSM)** , and leading major projects like **dashboard consolidation** , **training scheduling** , and **logistics for QCL/QCO programs** .

Responsibilities:

+ Assist with scheduling, logistics, and rosters for training sessions and meetings.

+ Help maintain and consolidate project dashboards and performance data.

+ Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership and governance meetings.

+ Coordinate communications and materials with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Provide administrative and research support for ongoing projects and process enhancements.

+ Support major Flight Standards initiatives, including the QC Program, ATSM, and QCL/QCO training events.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Aviation Management, Business, Quality Control/Risk, Data Analytics, or a related field

+ Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Power BI or PowerApps a plus)

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

+ Demonstrated interest in aviation operations, project management, or data analyticsUnited Airlines is an equal opportunity employer. The starting rate for this role is $20.00.

The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This position may also be eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
