YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE
This
position, Mainframe Senior Security Engineer with the Enterprise Identity
Services (EIS) team, will support the design, implementation, and enforcement
of Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls within Delta’s mainframe
environment, including the following responsibilities:
+ Collaboratewith operations teams and mainframe users to design & enforce IAM controlsfor mainframe systems (RACF, Top Secret, and more)
+ Providetechnical leadership to ensure all mainframe access controls are integratedwith enterprise identity access & governance solutions, including regularaccess reviews
+ Partnerclosely with stakeholders across IT & the business to support criticalmainframe operations resiliency to power our industry-leading operations
+ Supportannual compliance and audit requirements for mainframe IAM controls, includingsupport of SOX & PCI audits
+ Providetechnical guidance in evaluating applications systems or evaluating requestsfor proposals
+ Participate in design reviewsworking directly with customers and portfolios on the integration requirements formainframe with IAM controls
+ Review and update securityprocedural documents related to IAM and mainframe to ensure accuracy andcompleteness of provisioning processes
+ Review and support theimplementation of new processes and technical solutions to be deployed withinInfoSec
+ Consult with architectureteams along with technical leadership, and outside security vendors in anongoing effort to minimize risk for Delta
+ Perform additional duties asassigned.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ At least 10 years of progressive Mainframe engineering experience including RACF & Top Secret.
+ At least 10 years of IAM domain experience, hands-on troubleshooting and deployment experience
+ Knowledge of least privilege principles, RBAC, audit & compliance (SOX, PCI-DSS, etc.), security architecture frameworks for IAM & mainframe, integration capabilities for authentication
+ Experience with directory services, Active Directory, Azure AD, mainframe entitlements
+ Experience with tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, directory services, Active Directory, AWS/Azure cloud
+ Experience in supporting application teams and troubleshooting in a multi-environment, complex IT ecosystem
+ Demonstrated understanding of modern Identity & Access Management concepts and best practices.
+ Demonstrated understanding in formulating strategies, alternatives and recommendations in information security management
+ Ability to evaluate risk and communicate it in a fact-based manner.
+ Ability to clearly communicate with peers, business analysts, and subject matter experts
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ Understanding and experience with cloud platforms and integration with legacy mainframe applications
+ Familiarity with LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID connect protocols and scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, and more.
+ Expertise and experience with Cloud Security and IAM engineering on leading cloud platforms – Azure, AWS, GCP
+ Proactive in nature with customer satisfaction as a primary goal
+ Key Information Security certifications, IAM product certification or cloud security certification for Azure & AWS platforms
