What You’ll Be Doing
+ **Update and optimize PCB designs** using **Cadence tools** , helping improve manufacturability and system performance.
+ **Assist in simulation and validation** using tools like **PLECS** , focusing on thermal performance and parasitic effects.
+ **Debug hardware and software issues** on prototype and production-level PCBAs, contributing to the development of future systems.
+ **Collaborate closely with R&D engineers** to support testing and refinement of high-power motor drives and converters.
+ **Learn and apply best practices** in design, validation, and documentation in a global, fast-paced engineering environment.
What We're Looking For
+ You’ve completed at least **2 years of a Bachelor’s degree** in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field** .
+ You have foundational knowledge of **electrical circuits, power electronics, and embedded systems** .
+ Familiarity with **PCB design tools (e.g., Cadence)** and **simulation software (e.g., PLECS)** is a plus.
+ You enjoy solving technical problems, asking questions, and learning by doing.
+ You’re a **collaborative team player** who takes initiative and communicates clearly.

4. **The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22 to $25, commensurate with completed school year.** Other benefits vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
