What You’ll Be Doing
+ **Support real product testing** by preparing lab setups, instrumentation, and test equipment for validation activities.
+ **Run validation tests** on electronic subsystems and printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure product quality and performance.
+ **Work hands-on with PCBA test systems** and contribute to developing and using automated testing tools, including **LabVIEW-based software** .
+ **Collaborate closely with experienced engineers** , learning how industrial-scale motor drives are designed, tested, and optimized.
+ **Contribute to sustainable innovation** by helping develop energy-efficient solutions for industrial and grid applications.
What We're Looking For
+ You’ve completed at least **2 years of a Bachelor’s degree** in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field** .
+ You have **basic knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and electronics fundamentals** .
+ You're comfortable working in a **lab environment** and eager to get hands-on with testing and instrumentation.
+ Experience or coursework in **LabVIEW** , PCBAs, or test automation is a plus — but not required.
+ You’re a **team player** , a **self-starter** , and excited to grow your skills in a global, mission-driven company.
