The Clinical Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end movement of clinical study materials to ensure compliant, timely, and cost-effective delivery to US study sites. This role drives significant impact by maintaining inventory integrity, ensuring product availability for critical studies, and supporting seamless international logistics operations that enable clinical programs to meet milestones and regulatory standards.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Clinical Logistics and is part of the Business Enablement & Logistics Team under the Danaher Clinical Center Of Excellence l ocated in Cleveland, Ohio and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Serve as the US logistics hub responsible for Radiometer, one of the DHR Diagnostics OpCos.
+ Contribute to the establishment of inventory and logistics management process.
+ Manage clinical material inventory in the ERP system (Axapta 2.5), including goods receipt, distribution, and scrapping due to temperature excursions and expiration.
+ Collaborate with a global team in the EU and US to ensure on-time deliveries aligned with Clinical study requirements.
+ Support additional purchasing & logistics-related tasks as needed for the other Danaher Diagnostics OpCos.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or Shipping with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
+ Experience in US Import & Export regulations, preferably within medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
+ Demonstrated understanding of ERP systems (preferably Axapta)
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, for example, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
+ You are a team player with self-driven spirit, adaptable, and open to change, with the courage to challenge and improve existing processes.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel – Up to 10 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations
+ Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
+ Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40lb.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
