    In this vital role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the daily well-being and long-term health of our residents. You'll apply the full scope of the Nursing Process – assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation – ensuring comprehensive, personalized care that aligns with state standards and our facility's mission of dignity and respect.

    As a Long Term Care RN at Garrison, You Will:

    + **Champion Resident Well-being:** Provide direct nursing care, meticulously monitoring resident conditions, administering medications, and ensuring comfort and safety.

    + **Develop Care Plans:** Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

    + **Collaborate & Lead:** Work seamlessly with CNAs, LPNs, and other healthcare team members, delegating tasks and guiding them to provide excellent care.

    + **Assess & Document:** Accurately assess resident health status, identify changes, and maintain thorough, timely documentation of all nursing interventions and resident responses.

    + **Educate & Engage:** Empower residents and their families through clear communication and education about their health and care plans.

    + **Be a Valued Team Member:** Contribute to a supportive and engaging environment where teamwork and compassionate care are paramount.

    Job Requirements

    **Education:** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

    **Licensure:** Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state. Graduate Nurse (G. N.) must practice under the supervision of a registered nurse while the work authorization to practice is valid.

    **Experience:** Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.

    Pay Range

    $33.36 - $47.12 /hour
