Job Description:
Clinical Team Manager (RN) – Camden, NJ
Full-Time | On-Site (with initial remote flexibility)
**Location:** Camden County Branch
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with on-call rotation)

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee day-to-day branch operations, manage and support caregivers in the field, and ensure that quality care is delivered consistently across your region. You’ll play a key role in implementing QAPI programs, driving positive clinical outcomes, and building a team culture rooted in compassion, accountability, and growth.

What You’ll Do:
+ Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards
+ Supervise and mentor caregivers in the field to deliver exceptional care
+ Implement and monitor QAPI and clinical improvement programs
+ Collaborate with leadership to ensure service excellence and staff development
+ Maintain effective communication and coordination across all departments
+ Support staff scheduling and field coverage as needed
What You’ll Bring:
+ Active **Registered Nurse (RN)** license in the state of New Jersey
+ **Bachelor’s degree preferred**
+ Minimum **3 years of RN experience** , with at least 1 year in home care or community-based healthcare
+ Knowledge of Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
+ Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
