    _What Will You Do?_

     

    Develop a Core Understanding of Products Within the Company and their Related Applications

     

    Support Existing and Locate New Accounts to Maintain a High Level of Customer Satisfaction

     

    Utilize a Daily ERP System such as Salesforce, etc.

     

    Ability to Read Specifications, Schematics, Technical Drawings, and Blueprints

     

    Application Engineering Work dealing with industrial Vacuum Blowers, Filters, Separators with a

     

    Complete System Mindset

     

    Gains Necessary Knowledge to Properly Estimate Product Costs in Order to Prepare Customer Quotes.

     

    Able to Multitask and Handle a High Volume of Quotes and Orders

     

    Must be Detail Oriented and a Team Player

     

    Able to Meet and Exceed Quick Deadlines

     

    Prepare and Deliver Technical Quotations and/or Presentations explaining Products or Services

     

    Speak w/ Customers, Representatives, Distributors, Contractors, Field service, and Engineering firms

     

    Must be Able to Provide Solutions to Customer Issues and Problems

     

    Order Entry and Project Management will also be required

     

    Excellent Communication and People Skills

     

    Able to Think Outside the Box

     

    Able to Troubleshoot and Provide Solutions to Customers

     

    Hybrid after 90days

     

    _Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…_

     

    Sitting for long periods of time. Working on a computer for hours at a time. Ability to work the production floor. Lift less than 10lb occassionaly.

     

    _Your Experience Should Be..._

     

    College degree. Associates or Bachelors .

     

    • Minimum of 3 years in a Human Resources role

    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

    • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (including complex formulas, functions & V lookups)

    • Auto Time, Success factors, Workday or Ceridian/Dayforce experience a plus

    • Strong working knowledge of processing pay for hourly and salaried employees.

    • Analytical with a strong attention to detail.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Demonstrate professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive employee information.

    • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to provide easily understood solutions.

    • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments in the organization.

    • Ability to meet deadlines.

    • Ability to work independently and objectively.

    • Adaptive, well organized and efficient time management skills.
