Our client, a leading technology services provider, is seeking a HP PC/Printer field break/fix technician to join their dedicated team. As a HP PC/Printer field break/fix specialist, you will be an essential part of the Hardware Support Department supporting customer needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and resourcefulness, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** HP PC/Printer field break/fix

**Location:** Fresno, CA

What's the Job?

+ Provide hardware support and related services for HP PC Products including Laptops, Desktops, RPOS, and Workstations.

+ Configure hardware, software, and simple network components on customer sites.

+ Perform repairs and troubleshooting on printers and other hardware devices.

+ Manage critical service events and educate customers about technology solutions.

+ Collaborate with escalation teams and technical personnel to resolve complex issues efficiently.

What's Needed?

+ Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience.

+ Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and sitting.

+ High School diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training or college education preferred.

+ Availability for scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.

+ Onsite customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
