    Our client, a leading organization in the cybersecurity industry, is seeking a dedicated **Insider Threat Analyst** to join their team. As an Insider Threat Analyst, you will be part of the Security Operations Department supporting the organization's insider threat detection and mitigation efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Insider Threat Analyst

    **Location:** 2423 E Lincoln Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85016

    **Duration** : 6+ Months

     

    Pay Range: $55- $60

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead the deployment, configuration, and tuning of insider threat detection tools to ensure optimal performance and integration with existing security systems.

    + Design and develop a comprehensive insider threat program aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

    + Monitor user and entity behavior analytics to identify suspicious activities and policy violations.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, HR, and legal to investigate and respond to insider threat incidents.

    + Train and mentor junior analysts and stakeholders on insider threat detection techniques and tool utilization.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

    + 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on insider threat analysis and program development.

    + Strong understanding of UEBA, SIEM, DLP, and experience with deploying insider threat tools such as DTex InTERCEPT.

    + Experience developing policies, procedures, and workflows for insider threat management.

    + Familiarity with scripting and automation tools like Python, PowerShell, or BigQuery is advantageous.
