Our client, a leading organization in the technology manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Technician

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ

**Pay Range:** 17/h

**Shift:** Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM

What's the Job?

+ Perform low complexity builds of computing products according to detailed build plans

+ Install system hardware and components with precision and care

+ Prepare products for assembly, ensuring quality standards are met

+ Kit and package finished products for shipment or further processing

+ Identify and process non-conforming materials to maintain quality control

+ Maintain accurate product documentation, capturing serial numbers and component details

+ Create and apply product labeling to ensure proper identification

+ Engage in cross-training activities to support department-wide production and quality goals

What's Needed?

+ Zero years of prior experience required; training provided

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

+ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
