Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Inspector 1, Quality Control to join their team. As a Inspector 1, Quality Control, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Inspector 1, Quality Control

**Location:** Zelienople, PA

**Pay Range:** $17.00 per hour

**Shift:** 1st Shift (Start times can vary between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM, with some flexibility)

What's the Job?

+ Complete and file quality records including receiving files and non-conforming material reports

+ Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve problems or discrepancies and maintain accurate records

+ Count, weigh, or measure items of incoming shipments to verify information against invoices, orders, or bills of lading

+ Read and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure compliance

+ Examine incoming shipments to verify they meet specifications and quality standards

What's Needed?

+ HS Diploma or GED is required

+ Ability to work with measurement tools such as calipers, pin gauges, and go/no-go gauges

+ Good mechanical aptitude and close attention to detail

+ Ability to perform testing procedures and basic statistical analysis related to sampling

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend most of the day standing or walking
