Our client, a leader in the construction industry specializing in commercial and residential projects, is seeking a dedicated Production Laborer to join their team. As a Production Laborer, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production team to ensure high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Laborer

Will be required to pass a bkg, drug, test. The ability to wear gloves, Steel toes, and safety glasses and hearing protection No cell phones on production floor

**Location:** Perryville, MO

Pay Range: $16/hour

Shift: First 6am-230pm

What's the Job?

+ Start up and stop equipment/machinery to facilitate production processes

+ Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies efficiently

+ Feed or place items onto equipment for processing, ensuring accuracy

+ Ensure conformance to product and process specifications through inspection

+ Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment

What's Needed?

Ability to pass a tape measure test. This is a Team environment. Previous Construction, Truss or Carpentry experience a plus. Previous experience with Nail gun, staple gun and tape measure

+ Ability to perform light to moderately heavy lifting, pulling, and pushing

+ Capability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Willingness to follow safety policies and wear required PPE

+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
