Our client, a leading provider of facility maintenance and technical services, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, basic mechanical knowledge, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Building Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Seattle, WA

**Pay Range:** $30/hr. - $35/hr.

What's the Job?

+ Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities

+ Assist with installation and modification of building systems and equipment

+ Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion

+ Support energy management efforts to ensure systems operate efficiently

+ Inspect installations for compliance with safety and building codes

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience

+ Valid Driver's License

+ Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs/ladders, and standing for extended periods

+ Basic computer and tablet skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office

+ Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
