About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy **Training Center Admin / LMS Coordinator** to manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and support all aspects of our internal training programs. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Coordination:
+ Create and manage new hire LMS accounts and assign safety curriculum.
+ Maintain employee profiles and update job roles and manager info.
+ Assign training curricula based on job roles across Sales, Product Support, Rental, Transportation, and Power Systems teams.
+ Add courses from the Learning Marketplace to the e-learning library.
+ Serve as the primary contact for LMS and DPC-related issues.
+ Coordinate with the training department to ensure learning plans are up to date.
+ Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual training reports.
+ Create, manage, and maintain ILT (Instructor-Led Training) classes, rosters, and schedules.
+ Manage approvals, enrollments, and transcripts for internal and third-party training.
Training Center Administration:
+ Maintain training records and coordinate classroom calendars across all training sites.
+ Publish weekly/monthly/quarterly training schedules and communications.
+ Coordinate machine reservations and classroom materials with instructors.
+ Prepare and distribute all training materials (printing, binding, laminating).
+ Send detailed class confirmations and support on-site training logistics.
+ Create PowerPoints, classroom signage, name tags, and other supporting documents.
+ Document training events through photography/video as needed.
+ Manage the internal training page, course catalog, and calendars.
+ Schedule and support departmental meetings and events.
+ Track training aids, materials, and tooling inventory.
+ Coordinate lodging, meals, and supplies for attendees and special events.
+ Maintain training center inventory (office, kitchen, and restroom supplies).
+ Provide general administrative support to the training team.

+ **Detail-Oriented:** Ensures accuracy in LMS data, schedules, communications, and rosters.

+ **Strong Multitasker:** Handles multiple sessions, instructor needs, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
+ **Excellent Communicator:** Clear and professional communication via phone and email.
+ **Problem-Solver:** Resourceful and quick to resolve system issues or scheduling conflicts.
Requirements
+ Proven experience with LMS platforms.
+ Administrative experience in a training or learning environment preferred.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
+ High attention to detail and follow-through.
