Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking several Forklift Operators to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and material handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety awareness, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Forklift Operator

**Location:** Poughkeepsie, NY

Pay Range: $19.00-$20.00/hr

Shift: 1st- Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

2nd Shift- Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

+ Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials using power equipment

+ Perform daily equipment checks and report any mechanical issues

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts

+ Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure work environment

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one

+ Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting

+ Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying temperatures

+ Strong attention to detail and good teamwork skills
