    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in advanced process engineering, is seeking a Heat Treatment Engineer to join their dedicated team. As a Heat Treatment Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting process optimization and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Heat Treatment Engineer

    **Location:** Mebane, North Carolina

    **Pay Range:** $50

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Design and improve heat treatment processes to enhance product quality and efficiency

    + Conduct engineering inspections and feasibility testing to ensure compliance with standards

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization

    + Lead technical support for core manufacturing processes and ensure safety and quality standards are met

    + Manage small to medium-scale projects, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project goals

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

    + 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, with a focus on heat treatment or related processes

    + Strong skills in data analysis, process design, and engineering implementation

    + Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to team members

    + Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental policies, with a commitment to safety and compliance
