    Our client, a leader in manufacturing solutions, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the production of innovative machinery, contributing to the success of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.

     

    **Job Title:** Manufacturing Technician

    **Location:** Poughkeepsie, NY

    Pay Range: $22-$27

    **Shift:** Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm (4 ten hour days) and Fridays 6am - noon is OT.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assemble machinery involving mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components

    + Pull parts from inventory and prepare pre-assemblies for production

    + Build and assemble machines, skids, and packing units with precision

    + Follow detailed prints and instructions to ensure quality and accuracy

    + Perform basic troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments as needed

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly or similar roles

    + Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions

    + Proficiency with basic hand tools and some computer knowledge

    + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new machinery and processes
