**Job Title:** SAP HCM Time Management & Payroll Consultant

**Client Location:** 19 E Chocolate Ave, Hershey, PA 17033

**Work Mode:** Hybrid (On-site & Remote)

**Travel** : Client will cover travel and expenses

About the Role:

+ We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time Management & Payroll Consultant to support and enhance SAP HR systems with a focus on Time Management and On-Premises Payroll configuration. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Schemas, and hands-on configuration for both Positive and Negative Time Management.

Responsibilities

+ Configure and support SAP Time Management (Positive and Negative) and SAP HCM Payroll modules based on business requirements.

+ Participate in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and IS partners.

+ Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test plans, and execute testing for configuration and change requests.

+ Collaborate with teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in resolving defects.

+ Conduct weekly status review meetings with clients and internal teams to report progress.

+ Develop functional specifications for custom enhancements and collaborate closely with ABAP HR technical and integration teams.

+ Ensure compliance with project timelines, documentation standards, and change management procedures.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree (4-year undergraduate program required)

+ Prior experience in HR and US Payroll environments with strong knowledge of US payroll and tax legislation

Must-Have Skills:

+ SAP Time Management (Positive & Negative) – 5+ years

+ SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll Configuration – 5+ years

+ Strong hands-on experience with PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas

Nice-to-Have Skills:

+ Experience in Service Delivery Support

+ Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering

+ Exposure to Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
