Our client, a leading logistics and delivery services provider, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting delivery driver teams and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, dependability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** CWR-Customer Service Rep I
**Location:** Tucker, GA
Pay Range: $20/hr
Shift:
•** **First Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
•** **Second Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
What's the Job?
+ Maintain real-time communication with delivery driver teams to ensure schedules are met and issues are promptly addressed.
+ Assist drivers in troubleshooting delivery issues and reporting delays or exceptions.
+ Engage with customers to clarify delivery details and resolve concerns in both English and Spanish.
+ Support end-of-day procedures, including guiding drivers and ensuring proper drop-off and check-in protocols.
+ Collaborate with team members and management to track updates and document operational issues.
What's Needed?
+ Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong speaking and understanding skills.
+ Comfortable using the phone in a fast-paced environment and maintaining professionalism.
+ Confident communicator capable of staying calm and assertive with delivery teams and customers.
+ Dependable and flexible with shift start times and responsibilities.
+ Basic computer skills, including email, Excel, and GPS tracking tools.
