    Our client, a leader in industrial engineering solutions, is seeking a dedicated and innovative BMS Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engineering solutions across various projects. This role requires a strong foundation in engineering principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your expertise will contribute to shaping the future of industrial safety and efficiency.

     

    **Job Title:** Process Engineer

    **Location:** In person

    **Pay Range:** $80,000 - $130,000

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Design, develop, and implement Burner Management Systems (BMS) for various industrial applications.

    + Specify hardware components such as controllers, fuel trains, industrial burners, and flame arrestors.

    + Create and implement software logic for burner sequencing, flame detection, and safety interlocks.

    + Conduct site surveys to assess existing BMS installations and identify areas for improvement.

    + Develop comprehensive documentation including design specifications, test procedures, and maintenance records.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience with Burner Management Systems (BMS).

    + Deep understanding of NFPA 85, NFPA 86, NFPA 87, and IEC 61511 standards.

    + Knowledge of safety instrumented functions (SIF) and risk assessment methodologies.

    + Experience in hardware selection, software development, and troubleshooting of BMS systems.

    + Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
