Our client, in the Metal Stamping Industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor you will be part of the Management Team supporting all production and manufacturing areas. The ideal candidate will have Metal Stamping experience, and Supervisory Skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Shift: 1st

Pay Range: $20.00 to $30.00/hr

**What’s the Job -** This position is responsible for managing the shift and all indirect and direct staff in chain of command. The Production Supervisor must ensure the smooth running of the production process and that all products are produced to the specified specifications. Target and deadlines are met to achieve the orders. To ensure that all direct and indirect staff comply with the company’s health and safety procedures.

+ Accomplish manufacturing staff results by planning, monitoring, communicating job expectations and appraising job results

+ Counseling, disciplining and coaching employees

+ Provide manufacturing information by sorting, initiating, compiling and analyzing production performance data and records

+ Consistently adhere to, and support, company policies and procedures, including environmental and quality standards

What’s Needed

+ Previous forklift or crane experience is a huge plus.

+ Education and/or Experience: At least three years of previous supervision experience in a manufacturing environment. Metal Stamping preferred

+ The ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
