Our client, a leader in manufacturing and facility maintenance, is seeking a Sanitation Worker to join their team. As a Sanitation Worker, you will be part of the operations support team supporting the cleanliness and safety of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sanitation Worker

**Location:** Bristol, IN

**Pay Range:** $16.65 per hour

**Shift:** 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

What's the Job?

+ Clean and sanitize production equipment and machines

+ Maintain cleanliness of the production floor, restrooms, break rooms, and office areas

+ Sweep, mop, and scrub floors as needed

+ Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas

+ Clean and maintain the parking lot and outdoor areas

What's Needed?

+ Previous cleaning or sanitation experience required

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

+ Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
