Our client, a telecommunications leader for 1st responders is seeking a Midwest Regional Sales Manager to join their team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be part of the National Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, great analytical skills and the ability to work independently which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Pay Range: $95k to $105k
What’s the Job?
+ Responsible for sales efforts that identify major programs within local and state governments.
+ Support the preparation and pricing of proposals for state and local governments.
+ Establish and execute multi-year strategic partner sales plans with critical market capture goals.
+ Manage complex contract negotiations.
+ Work with marketing to identify potential deals/programs and develop tactics and teams needed to bring them to fruition.
What’s Needed?
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Good analytical skills.
+ 5 plus years of technical sales in selling land mobile radio products.
+ Experience selling to local, state and federal government agencies.
+ Ability to work independently.
