Our client is seeking an Experience Design (XD) Lead to join their dynamic team. As an Experience Design (XD) Lead, you will be part of the Digital Experience Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Lead the development of user-centered experience strategies across digital channels (web and mobile).
+ Create and maintain journey maps, service blueprints, and other artifacts to visualize user needs and pain points.
+ Drive end-to-end design thinking processes to ensure cohesive and impactful user experiences.
+ Plan and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align on goals, uncover insights, and co-create solutions.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, IT, and compliance teams to define and prioritize design initiatives.
What's Needed?
+ 8+ years of experience in Experience Design, UX Strategy, or Service Design.
+ Proven track record of leading journey mapping, research, and workshop facilitation efforts.
+ Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, and how they influence digital experiences.
+ Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
+ Experience conducting user research within regulated or compliant industries (e.g., pharma, healthcare, finance) is needed.
+ Portfolio will be required upon submittal.
