    Our client, a leader in the commercial roofing industry, is seeking a Roof Service Technician to join their team. As a Roof Service Technician, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to work, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Roof Service Technician

    **Location:** Rochester, MN

    **Pay Range:** $55,000-$73,000

     

    Shift: Day Shift, Perm Opportunity

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Respond to leak repair calls in a timely and professional manner

    + Inspect, diagnose, and locate leaks on EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofs

    + Perform roof repairs efficiently and effectively

    + Document findings and repairs accurately

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and project managers

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Prior experience working with EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing materials is required

    + Proven ability to identify and repair roof leaks on commercial systems

    + Familiarity with roofing safety procedures and OSHA regulations

    + Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
