    Our client, a leading organization in digital advertising solutions, is seeking a Content Specialist Manager II to join their team. As a Content Specialist Manager II, you will be part of the Marketing Support Department supporting the Product Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Content Specialist Manager II

    **Location:** Remote

    **Pay Range:** $44.70 hourly

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Develop and maintain a comprehensive toolkit of sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling guides with meticulous attention to branding and data accuracy.

    + Create high-quality, persuasive marketing copy for sales presentations, digital advertisements, and landing pages tailored to client campaign objectives.

    + Collaborate with business development and design teams to ensure messaging consistency, brand integrity, and regulatory compliance across all marketing assets.

    + Manage feedback and revision cycles efficiently, ensuring timely updates and approvals for all marketing collateral.

    + Support the planning and execution of major promotional events such as industry conferences, including preparing polished presentation materials and campaign assets.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 7-10+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or advertising support, with a strong background in AdTech.

    + Proven ability to produce clear, compelling marketing content across multiple digital ad formats including display, video (CTV/OLV), and programmatic.

    + Exceptional attention to detail in writing, design, and fact-checking processes.

    + Experience managing content revision workflows, version control, and stakeholder feedback integration.

    + Proficiency with creative and campaign management tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
