    We are now hiring **Contact Center Customer Service Reps** for our client in **Augusta, Maine** ! This **long-term contract** offers a **$20 per hour** rate with **M-F day shifts** .

    • Performing over-the-phone customer service

    • Accurately completing volume data entry

    • Supporting large-scale departmental projects and initiatives

    What we’re looking for:

    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

    • Prior successful contact center experience

    • Ability to work on dual monitors and navigate multiple systems

    • Professional and courteous demeanor

    • High school diploma/equivalent or above
