    Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Deburring Assembly Technician III to join their dedicated team. As a Deburring Assembly Technician III, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting quality and precision in the production of innovative medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to quality assurance, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Deburring Assembly Technician III

    **Location:** Belmont, CA

     

    Pay Range: $30.00/hr

     

    **Shift:** 5am-1:30pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform detailed deburring of small parts and assemblies using calibrated instruments, microscopes, and small hand tools.

    + Conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure adherence to strict manufacturing standards.

    + Maintain the integrity of the controlled environment room by following proper attire and procedures.

    + Accurately document work results, test data, and lot history records in compliance with GMP and QMS regulations.

    + Collaborate with assembly personnel, technicians, and quality control teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 3 years of assembly experience in deburring medical device field.

    + Understanding of Controlled Environment Room requirements and GMPs.

    + Ability to read and interpret written instructions and verbal directions from supervisors.

    + Experience working with small assemblies under a microscope and deburring small parts.

    + Good communication skills and the ability to raise quality or process concerns effectively.
