Job Title: Entry-Level CAD Operator

**Location:** Harmony, NC

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

**Pay:** $14 – $16 per hour (based on experience)

Are you looking to start your career in CAD and design? We're a growing metal manufacturing company in Harmony, NC seeking a motivated **Entry-Level CAD Operator** to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with some CAD experience who wants to grow in the manufacturing and design field.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in creating and modifying CAD drawings for metal fabrication projects

+ Interpret blueprints, sketches, and design specifications

+ Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and timely drawings

+ Maintain drawing files and documentation in an organized manner

+ Learn and apply company standards and practices for CAD design

Qualifications:

+ Basic experience or coursework in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)

+ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

+ Ability to read technical drawings is a plus

+ Good communication and teamwork skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent
