**Our client, a global leader in the consumer products industry, is seeking a Coordinator to join their team.** As a Coordinator, you will be part of the Global Corporate Events and Philanthropy department supporting executive leaders and event planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, which will align successfully within the organization.

$28.85 – $36.06 per hour
What’s the Job?
+ Provide administrative support to the Director, Global Corporate Events, and other senior leaders.
+ Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
+ Process purchase orders, invoices, and assist with budget tracking.
+ Coordinate meeting logistics, event schedules, and team communications.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support global events and philanthropic initiatives.
What’s Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree required (Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred).
+ 2+ years of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
