Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Compensation Consultant to join their team. As a Compensation Consultant, you will be supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, technical expertise in compensation analysis, and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Compensation Consultant
**Location:** Austin, TX - Hybrid (3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote)
What's the Job?
+ Provide comprehensive compensation analysis, benchmarking, data modeling, and reporting to support organizational decision-making.
+ Partner with internal compensation teams to offer expertise on salary structures, market competitiveness, and equity considerations.
+ Apply advanced compensation knowledge to resolve complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
+ Support compensation planning cycles including merit increases, promotions, equity awards, and bonuses through modeling and salary recommendations.
+ Build and maintain compensation tools, data models, and internal databases to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
What's Needed?
+ Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in compensation analysis and related functions.
+ Strong skills in market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structure design, and compensation analytics.
+ Proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation platforms is advantageous.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and influence leadership at all levels.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
