Our client, a medical equipment provider, is seeking a **Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)** to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the **Customer Service Department** supporting the **Sales and Administrative Teams** . The ideal candidate will have **excellent communication skills** , **strong attention to detail** , and **customer-focused attitude** , which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
+ Perform general office duties and answer calls professionally
+ Provide excellent customer service in a medical equipment setting
+ Process payments and securely handle credit card information
+ Create sales packs by confirming physician information with customers and coordinating with doctors’ offices
+ Assist customers with loading items into their cars when necessary
What’s Needed?
+ Computer proficient with strong attention to detail
+ Good customer service skills and communication abilities
+ Ability to handle sensitive payment information responsibly
+ Experience with the Pac-win system is a plus (training provided)
+ Retail experience is beneficial but not required
