    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Machine Operator

    **Location:** Cockeysville, MD

    **Pay Range:** $18.45

    **Shift:** 2nd Shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate manufacturing machinery following standard operating procedures

    + Perform routine production functions including filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products

    + Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards

    + Support team goals by working collaboratively and communicating effectively

    + Follow instructions diligently and make decisions within routine practices

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + One to two years of experience operating manufacturing machinery

    + Ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English

    + Basic math skills and attention to detail

    + Flexibility to work extended hours and rotate tasks as needed
