    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality laminated components used in satellite technology, is seeking a Lamination Department - Multiple Positions to join their team. As a Lamination Department - Multiple Positions, you will be part of the production team supporting quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Lamination Department - Multiple Positions

    **Location:** Bristol, IN

    **Pay Range: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour** , based on experience and position

    **Shift:** 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assemble and prepare panel kits according to work orders and technical drawings

    + Operate lamination equipment to ensure proper adhesion and defect-free surfaces

    + Inspect and measure panels for accuracy and quality compliance

    + Maintain clean and organized work areas and documentation

    + Support routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lamination machinery

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Previous manufacturing or lamination experience preferred

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or work instructions

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + Good communication and teamwork skills

    + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
