Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking a Post Approval Coordinator to join their team. As a Post Approval Coordinator, you will be part of the Claims Support Department supporting insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Post Approval Coordinator
**Location:** Franklin, WI
**Pay Range:** $18.00 - $20.00
**Shift:** 1st shift
What's the Job?
+ Obtain completed documents and forms required for insurance policies to be placed in-force.
+ Communicate via email and phone with insurance agents, their staff, and internal customers to understand and address their requests.
+ Explain processes and procedures related to insurance documentation.
+ Review documents to ensure they are in good order and resolve any issues with incomplete or incorrect documentation.
+ Prepare documents for electronic signatures and answer status inquiries efficiently.
What's Needed?
+ High School education minimum.
+ Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
+ Demonstrated computer experience with proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
