Our client is seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Fraud Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Fraud Management department supporting the team dedicated to safeguarding customer interests and maintaining operational integrity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Fraud Operations Specialist

**Location:** Overland Park, KS

**Note:** This role will be hybrid, 3 days office/2 days remote after training is complete.

What's the Job?

+ Conduct in-depth analysis and investigations to identify and manage fraudulent activities across all business channels.

+ Evaluate fraud trends related to fraudulent orders and identity theft to develop effective deterrent strategies.

+ Perform research and draw conclusions to support customer verification and legal actions when necessary.

+ Participate in establishing and implementing policies and procedures aimed at preventing fraud.

+ Respond to fraud escalations, investigate issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance fraud detection capabilities.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ At least 1 year of relevant experience in fraud, customer service, or a call center environment.

+ Excellent conversational skills in English and ability to navigate multiple computer screens and programs efficiently.

+ Experience operating in a Windows-based environment with proficiency in phone skills, typing, and communication.

+ Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with training hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
