Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to follow procedures meticulously, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Packaging Associate

**Location:** Covington, GA

**Pay Range:** $16/hr

**Shift:** Second Shift (M-F, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm)

What's the Job?

+ Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.

+ Ensure finished products are packaged in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.

+ Inspect in-process packaging and components to maintain consistent quality and remove defective items.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.

+ Participate in safety audits, daily safety discussions, and ensure compliance with PPE and contamination control protocols.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ Minimum of 6 months of industry work experience.

+ Strong attention to detail and experience with RF scanners.

+ Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and assist with inventory activities.

+ Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and rotating shifts.
