    Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a **Lead Project Scheduler** to join their team. As a **Lead Project Scheduler** , you will be part of the Engineering and Construction Project Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Lead Project Scheduler

    **Location:** Raleigh, NC

    **Pay Range:** $50-$57.50/hr.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Create, maintain, and present comprehensive Primavera project schedules to ensure project milestones are met.

    + Collaborate effectively with project managers, site superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and procurement teams to maintain schedule accuracy.

    + Promote a culture where schedules serve as vital tools for managing EPC work efficiently.

    + Analyze schedule logic and support the team in identifying and correcting activity errors and delays.

    + Perform detailed time impact analysis and support schedule narratives for official correspondence and change management.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Approximately 5-10 years of scheduling experience in engineering or construction project management within the substation construction sector.

    + Expert knowledge of EPC project delivery methods and all project management control systems, including scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement, and business development.

    + Proficiency in utilizing Primavera scheduling software at an expert level.

    + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and advanced time management abilities.

    + Self-motivated, decisive, and capable of building strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.
