Our client, a leading organization in the agricultural industry, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Tipton Production team supporting seed processing and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, safety consciousness, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Technician

**Location:** Tipton, IN

**Pay Range:** $19.5

Shift: Must be open to all shifts

What's the Job?

+ Label, tag, bag, and palletize seed to ensure quality and proper inventory management

+ Enter inventory information into computer systems accurately

+ Stage seed for shipment in the warehouse, supporting timely distribution

+ Support inspection and maintenance of seed crops during peak seasons

+ Participate in housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a safe and clean work environment

What's Needed?

+ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 60 lbs

+ Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety protocols

+ Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written

+ Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and overtime

+ Ability to distinguish seed varieties based on size or color
