Hours: 1st Shift

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Assembler with recent, hands-on experience in precision mechanical and electrical assembly. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with hand and power tools, understands technical diagrams and schematics, and excels at assembling small to medium-sized equipment to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assemble subassemblies and final products based on schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions
+ Use a variety of hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments to complete tasks accurately
+ Perform basic electrical assembly, wiring, and mechanical integration
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and correct assembly issues quickly and efficiently
+ Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation related to assembly processes
+ Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams for continuous improvement
+ Train or assist peers and junior assemblers as needed
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and quality procedures
Required Qualifications
+ **Minimum 5+** years of recent, hands-on experience in a mechanical or electromechanical assembly role
+ Strong proficiency with hand and power tools
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
+ Capable of working independently, following minimal supervision
+ Familiar with manufacturing documentation and quality standards
