Our client, a leading organization in operational transformation and digital process improvement, is seeking a Data Analyst or Data Scientist to join their team. As a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, you will be part of the Project Winter team supporting initiatives focused on supplier management, process optimization, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and collaborative skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ
**Pay Range:** $62/hr
What's the Job?
+ Build reporting solutions to monitor Key Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and digital tools.
+ Provide regular updates and reports to leadership team members on the status and impact of sourcing operations initiatives.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, lead, and execute comprehensive data analytics initiatives.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to streamline existing data analytic tools within the sourcing operations team.
+ Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal customers to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
+ 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
+ Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
+ Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
