    Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Telco Lead to Order and Fulfillment UAT Lead to join their team. As a Telco Lead to Order and Fulfillment UAT Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Telecom and Satellite Communications teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Telco Lead to Order and Fulfillment UAT Lead

    **Location:** Seattle, WA

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Apply a strong background in the telecom and satellite communications (SatCom) domain, specifically in the Lead to Order to Cash (L2O and O2C) lifecycles.

    + Utilize knowledge of core telecom processes for building UAT plans and delivery, including order management, provisioning, billing, tax, invoicing, inventory control, and service delivery.

    + Create, manage, and communicate the overall UAT test plan, including scope, approach, timelines, and entry/exit criteria for the Lead to Order to Cash process.

    + Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to define clear UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria based on business and functional requirements.

    + Work with IT and business teams to ensure the test environment and data are prepared and accurately reflect real-world telecom workflows.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 3 to 5 years of experience in Satellite communications and telecom processes.

    + Proven expertise in Order Management and fulfillment, UAT planning, and execution.

    + Strong understanding of telecom lifecycle processes including provisioning, billing, and inventory management.

    + Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    + Educational background in IT, Business, or related fields.
