Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a PowerBI Developer to join their team. As a PowerBI Developer, you will be part of the Analytics department supporting strategic initiatives and large-scale planning for analytics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** PowerBI Developer

**Location:** Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr (Only W2)

What's the Job?

+ Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Analytics

+ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Analytics challenges requiring in-depth evaluation

+ Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

+ Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to deliver impactful solutions

+ Leverage strong PowerBI development skills, with a preference for experience in Sales CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce

What's Needed?

+ 5+ years of Analytics experience, demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education

+ Strong PowerBI development skills

+ Preferably experience with Sales CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce

+ Ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic insights

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
