Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Romulus, MI
**Pay Range:** $20/hr.
**Shift:** 9AM - 5PM Monday - Friday
What's the Job?
+ Interact with customers to provide information about products and services
+ Handle and resolve customer complaints related to service or billing issues
+ Perform activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
+ Respond to inquiries and notify customers of claim investigation results and planned adjustments
+ Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
+ Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach
+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
