    Description: A Project Management Support job in Cincinnati, OH is currently available through Belcan for an internal position. To be considered for this role, you will have a High School Diploma, and three to five years of experience. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, & Ariba is strongly preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Project Managers thru the life cycle of their projects, as well as Project Purchasing as necessary. This is a very visible position within the management team.

    Job Duties:

    • Support Engineering Project Managers with Project Creation & Modification, Rate Set Modification, & Milestone Submission for Fixed Price Projects

    • Maintain project documentation in centralized location for Finance review

    • Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment

    • Support resource allocation and task assignments

    • Assist with invoice creation & submission

    • Coordinate procurement activities with Project Managers to support project timelines and budgets

    • Prepare and issue purchase orders in alignment with project & QMS requirements

    • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications

    • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce & PeopleSoft preferred

    • Proficiency with Ariba

    • High School Diploma 4+ years' experience, Mid-Level employee preferred

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

    • Due to the nature of the work performed, U.S. Citizenship is a requirement

    Compensation:

    We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $41,600 to $58,240. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), education assistance, paid time off, including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
