    Maintenance Technician II JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Performs reactive and preventive maintenance on machines and facility.

    * Records, report, and act on solutions for damaged, worn, or broken parts.

    * Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.

    * Manages spare part inventory.

    * Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines and fills out the appropriate documentation.

    * Prepare reports documenting work performed, including Kaizens.

    * Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.

    * Coordinates with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines, utilizing the maintenance database system.

    * Collaborate with product manager or plant engineer regarding new product industrialization and modifications required to support production.

    * Making necessary modifications and implements tests runs; confers with product manager regarding test results and makes additional alterations to machinery as required.

    * Performs other related duties as assigned.

    * Mitigates potential safety hazards.

    * Experience troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, diagnostics, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, air distribution systems.

    * Contact liaison for all vendor related repair items at factory.

    * Support Performance System continuous improvement projects.

    Maintenance Technician II REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    * High school diploma or GED

    * Five (5) years' experience is a plus

    * Willingness to learn and grow professionally, shown by dedication, pliability and respect.

    * Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills.

    * Basic electrical knowledge.

    * Works well independently and with others.

    * Excellent communication skills.

    * Organized with a high diligence to detail.

    * Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    * Experience reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, mechanical drawings.

    * General Fabrication.

    * Ability to prioritize.
