Description
We are seeking a Product Manager II to join our Sub-Same Day (SSD) delivery team to help develop and improve features that enable faster-than-same-day delivery across North America. In this role, you will work on defining, planning, and executing product features that enhance our SSD delivery network. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product requirements and drive the implementation of key features. This role combines customer-focused product thinking with tactical execution to improve our technology products and customer experience. This role may require up to 10% travel annually.
Key job responsibilities
* Work with customers and internal stakeholders to define and clarify feature requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and improve customer experience (CX) for SSD delivery products
* Develop and utilize data inputs and KPIs to inform operational adjustments and feature improvements
* Create clear product specifications and work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful feature delivery
* Participate in customer research and usability studies to gather insights and validate feature designs
* Collaborate with UX designers to create mockups and prototypes for new features
* Ensure features meet compliance, localization, and accessibility requirements
* Manage the feature development lifecycle, including launch coordination and post-launch support
* Analyze feature performance and drive continuous improvements based on data and customer feedback
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience working cross-functionally with a wide breadth of stakeholders, users, engineers, and leaders to generate buy-in
- Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions
- Experience communicating complex business concepts in verbal and written form
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
